After many years working with patients who have struggled with a variety of illnesses I developed the Mumma’s Own 6 Week Gut Reset program to help those of you who just don’t know where to start.
Unlike many programs on the market this is designed to heal and seal a leaky gut and help you feel the best you can whilst supporting you in the development of new habits to continue with long after you’ve finished the 6 weeks.
I would best describe the program as a cross between a Paleo Style Diet and The GAPS™ Diet but in a more realistic fashion with all of the recipes being grain free and dairy free. So what will you get with this program?
7 cook books (with one being dedicated to the basic recipes you’ll need throughout the program), 6 weekly menu plans, the staples you’ll need to keep in your fridge, freezer and pantry, foods you should purchase organically vs those that are okay if you can’t plus a whole heap more.
This program is suitable for the whole family with all meals being highly nutritious, gut healing and satisfying which is great news, you won’t need to cook separate meals for other members of the family and I can honestly say, in all my years of practising I’ve never had a patient tell me this way of eating didn’t make them feel better and benefit their whole family.
